I ordered a Sun Type 7 USB keyboard today to test out. We’ll see if it’s any better than my current favorite of a 15-year-old Apple Extended Keyboard II connected with an iMate ADB-to-USB adapter.

I also like the Mattias Tactile Pro, but it’s just too loud (very “clacky”, but not near as bad as an IBM Model M).

Whoops.

That “runaway MySQL process” was actually an “updating WordPress databases after upgrading to WordPress 2.01″ MySQL process, and didn’t need to be stopped and restarted. Oopsie!

It ate a couple of posts from both SunHELP and this weblog. I had to grab them from the cache in MarsEdit and re-post.

New Phone

Ordered a Motorola SLVR phone today. I’ve had gadget envy ever since my coworkers (and Amy) started getting Motorola RAZR phones.

This will replace my year-old Nokia 6010, which will go in a drawer with two older Nokia GSM phones and a Sony Ericsson T230.

After hearing “24″ in the Ultraviolet movie trailer, I picked up Jem’s “Finally Woken” album. This is seriously good stuff.
