Mac mini 2.0?

If the predicted new Mac mini with Intel CPU comes out in January, I’ll be replacing this iMac G5 (17″, 1.8Ghz) with one and a Dell 2005FPW widescreen LCD. Will make a nice small silent workstation.

I have that exact dell widescreen LCD. I picked it up after seeing it posted on digg.com for an freaking steal at $394. What a awesome LCD monitor, wait till you see a widescreen movie on it.

As for the Mac mini, i’m sure it will be better than what’s out now. I think the new Intel chip will do wonders for it, as far as power goes. I recently got a 12″ powerbook for school and small photography work. I just wanted to have a proper Mac before the new series comes in and changes Apple forever.
