Time to burn stuff

My “new” Weller soldering iron arrived. I picked up a WTCPT off eBay for $29 shipped. Not bad considering that they’re $150 at the local electronics store. I had to buy a $6 tip, but that’s still a $115 savings.

I might work on adding pin headers to the AVR Butterfly tomorrow.

    Nice iron! Weller’s a so nice to work with, when you first posted about your soldering adventures I wasted a half hour digging around the weller website checking out gear. :)
    Can’t wait to see pics of the AVR when you’ve got it done. :)
