quickly becoming non-fat

Well, i’ve got a ways to go still, but one unfortunate side effect is that I’m COLD ALL THE TIME. I normally keep the house between 68 and 70 degrees F, but right now its 70F in the computer room and I’m FREEZING. Yay metabolism!

    Glad to hear it. It’ll save you a ton of money. I’m sitting here in my computer room and the thermometer on the wall says it 80degrees in here and 84 in the computer closet. I’m quite comfortable. I have to drop it a degree or two at night to sleep. I guess being raised in the South helps acclimate you to being comfortable at higher temps.
