  1. Oh, I’d love to…I’ve got it around here somewhere…I’ll dig out the whole sordid tale this evening and post it to my blog for you to link to as I don’t think you want a 250line comment. 🙂

  2. Hi, I found your blog on weblogs.com.

I’m confused. BestBuy doesn’t care if you have a bag full of shoplifted stuff, only if you are trying to leave the store with really big things that won’t fit in a bag? Can’t they just put a big red sticker on the box so people will know you paid for it when you walk by them? In my small town, our local WalMart has programmed their exit door alarm to go off if you try to leave the store with a box of Sudafed. The drug in Sudafed is a principal ingredient in those illegal Meth Labs that people run out of their kitchens in their homes. So, I get stopped for one box of Sudafed because it’s just not possible for the cashier to notice when someone is leaving the store with 5 or 10 boxes. Though I’m not sure what the elderly Greeter would do if a meth lab operator would get violent when caught with the Sudafed. And when I did get stopped with the Sudafed, it took the elderly Greeter about 5 minutes to fill out the paperwork verifying that I legally purchased it. I won’t be buying it there again.
